What was suppose to be a secret Kanye show at Webster Hall show drew crowds of thousands to the East Village night club in Downtown Manhattan earlier this morning. The event was a response to the cancelled Governors Ball performances due to bad weather. As the Webster hall event was being cancelled Kanye showed up at 2 am with Travis Scott and Kim Kardashian causing a riot as the crowd clambered to see the Chicago rapper. According to pix 11 “more than 4,000 people swarmed Webster Hall, which only holds 1,500, early Monday morning for the pop-up show. They climbed on top of cars, dumpsters and scaffolding and hung out of windows hoping to get a better view”.
