The cold 32 degree New York City weather didn’t stop no one from participating in the 2015 14th Annual No Pants Subway Ride NYC. No Pants Subway Ride NYC 2015 had Over 4,000 riders meet at meeting points spread out all over the city and converging on Union Square.
